Gabriella and Matilda are two incredibly sweet, gentle girls who have formed a beautiful bond through their shared journeys and kind hearts. Both have unique backgrounds and matching spirits, and now they’re ready to find a loving fur-ever home together!
Gabriella was found wandering alone by a kind person who noticed something unusual about her eye. Concerned for her well-being, they reached out and brought her into our care, where she was tended to by a vet, and has since been thriving. Gabriella is playful, affectionate, and absolutely loves belly rubs! While she doesn’t like to be picked up, she will happily curl up near you, flop over for tummy rubs, and show off her adorable habit of carrying toys such as springs, balls, Chinese finger traps, and mice in her mouth. She plays wonderfully with other cats, and is always up for some Temptations treats!
Matilda came to us after being spotted hiding underneath a vehicle in Tillsonburg with what appeared to be a serious eye issue. Gaining her trust took time and patience, but once she realized she was safe, her loving nature began to shine. She has been examined by multiple vets, all of whom have confirmed that she is not in any pain and does not require the eye to be removed. Like her best friend Gabriella, Matilda doesn’t enjoy being picked up, but she loves pets, belly rubs, and playing with all the same fun toys! She also gets along great with other cats.
What makes this duo extra special? They both have eye issues - but on opposite eyes! Despite their challenges, Gabriella and Matilda are thriving, happy, and full of love. They may be a little shy at first, but once they feel safe, they are affectionate, playful, and will quickly become the heart of your home.
